Theresa Chambers Obituary

Pocasset-Theresa Chambers, 76, of Pocasset, passed away on Friday January 1, 2021 at Falmouth Hospital. Theresa was the wife of Arthur Chambers of Pocasset. She was born in New Bedford the daughter of the late Wilfred and Claire (Nadeau) Dionne.

She loved her family and friends. She enjoyed traveling, gaming and her trips to Foxwoods. Most recently she was a Barmaid at the Aptucxet VFW Post 5988.

Theresa is survived by her sons: John Swift of Plymouth, Gary Swift of East Wareham and her daughter Tiffany Swift of Pocasset. She was the sister of George Dionne of Acushnet, Debra Mulgrew of Wareham, Richard Dionne of Buzzards Bay and the late Paul Dionne and Nancy Cella. She was also survived by 8 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
