Susan Swanson Obituary

Wareham-Susan Swanson, 71, of Wareham, passed away at Tobey Hospital on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. MS. Swanson was born in Brockton, MA the daughter of the late Wendell and Marilyn (Minter) Swanson. A 1969 graduate of Brockton High School, she received her BA from North Park College in Chicago, IL. She worked for many years in the hospitality industry as a bookkeeper.

She was a late member of the Church in The Pines in West Wareham and enjoyed needle point and crafts. She spent countless volunteer hours working in our community helping to improve the quality of life for others.

She is survived by her siblings: Karen Swanson of New Bedford, Steven Swanson of Mashpee, Sandra Clarkson of E. Sandwich, Douglas Swanson of Wellsley and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was the sister of the late Brian Swanson.
