Ruth M. (Coburn) Marchand

Onset-Ruth M. (Cugini, Evans)  Marchand, 97, of Onset, passed away at Tobey Hospital on Wednesday November 3, 2021.  She was born in Boston the daughter of the late Charles E. and Emma F. (Vaisey) Coburn.  She grew up in Ayer MA and moved to Onset 20 + years ago.  She was employed as a secretary in both the Medical and Legal professional fields.  A Florida Snow Bird, she enjoyed  gardening, reading,  knitting and crocheting.  She was survived by Richard Cugini of Onset, Ruth Ann Coombs (David) of Middleboro, and  Virginia Marchand of Onset.

She was the grandmother of Robert, Thomas, Christine, Michael, Matthew, Maureen, Anthony and Darcy Cugini, Katie Gallant, Steven & Christopher and Robert Evans. She was also survived by many loving great and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  She was the mother of the late Robert Cugini, B. Gary Cugini, and Robert Evans, Jr.  She was the sister of the late Charles and Nancy Olsen, Julia (Walsh) Vizard and Ernest, Royal and Robert Coburn.
