Boston-Paul Douglas Rose, 74, of S. Boston formerly of Wareham passed away Saturday August 3, 2024 at Tufts Medical Center. He was born in Wareham the son of the late Edward M. and Lillian (Barros) Rose Sr. Loving companion of Milagros Rivera of S. Boston.
He attended Wareham Public Schools and was a U.S. Army Vietnam era veteran. He was always ready to help others donating much of his time to helping the local food banks.
He was the father of John Oliver of New Bedford and Drendalyne “Dreny” Rose of Brockton. Grandfather of: John, Jordan, Jayani, Elijah & Gabriel and Alexander. Brother of Juanita Veira of New Bedford, Edward M. Rose Jr. of RI and the late Carlos J. Rose (USMC). . His fur baby "Gabby" , and he was also survived by many loving nieces nephews relatives and friends.
Committal service Thursday August 15, 2024 at 12:30 pm at the Massachusetts National Cemetery 1 Bennington Blvd. Bourne, MA 02532 Please arrive at the cemetery at 12. Visiting hours are omitted.
