Matthew Cleveland

Wareham-Matthew Cleveland, 58, Of Wareham, Passed away at home on Wednesday, March 10, 2021.  He was the husband of Marcia (Chase) Cleveland also of Wareham.  He was born in Euclid, Ohio the son of the late William A. and Veronica (Koziol) Cleveland.

A 1980 graduate of Holliston High School, he enjoyed entertaining, family gatherings, cookouts, gardening, woodworking, music, the beach and he was an avid New England sports fan.  He spent many years as an irrigation systems installer and most recently worked for Bartlett Tree Experts.  Matthew also worked with his family at their family-owned Whaleback Hill Cottages located on 6A in Sandwich.  

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his three sons:  Jeremy Cleveland of Ashland Oregon, Joshua Cleveland and Brendan Cleveland both of Plymouth.  He was the brother of Bennett Cleveland of Alaska, Deborah Huntley of MA and Jan Sheehan of NH.  He was also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and (4) grandchildren.
