Mark A. Porreca

Mark Anthony Porreca, 52, passed away on December 21, 2024, in Wareham, MA. Born on January 7, 1972, in Providence, RI, to Marilyn and Louis Porreca. 

Mark grew up in Seekonk, MA, graduating high school before earning a BS in Automotive Technology from Franklin Institute of Technology in Boston.

Mark had a passion for foreign automobiles, excelling as an automotive engineer specializing in Audi, BMW, and Volkswagen, and earning numerous awards for his expertise.  An avid fisherman, Mark found his greatest happiness on his boat, casting lines and enjoying life’s simple moments with friends and family. He also loved swimming and biking, embracing life with an adventurous spirit.

Mark is survived by his mother, Marilyn; sisters Mary Beth Sullivan (Patrick) and Michelle Porreca (Christophe Marquant); nieces Desiree, Ariane, and Zoe; and nephew Seamus.
