Marjorie L. (LaComb) Berube

New Bedford-Marjorie L. Berube, 85,  of East Wareham, MA passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 17, 2021 in New Bedford at The Oaks in New Bedford.  She was the daughter of the late Frederick E. LaComb and Elise L. (Vick).  

Marge was a longtime resident of Buzzards Bay, where she had retired from Ocean Spray Cranberry.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, she was always quick to have a joke up her sleeve for a good laugh. She had a special bond to nature, loving her flowers, walks on the canal, and hanging out with her animals. Marge’s favorite love of all was her Blues music, which will continue to play to light her way and bring a smile to our face when it streams through the radio.

Marge leaves her long-time companion, James Pierce, nephew Fred E. LaComb Jr., several nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  Marjorie is predeceased by her brother Frederick E. LaComb Sr., sister Anne Sanderson, son Daniel Rhodi, and daughter Dianne Kerzner.
