Linda A. (Brunelle) Ferreira

Onset-Linda A. Ferreira, 71, of Onset passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Tobey Hospital in Wareham.  Linda was the wife of Alfred C. Ferreira also of Onset.  She was born in Providence, RI the daughter of the late Bertrand J. Brunelle and late Jeannette C. (Poulin) Forcier.

She was a Milford High School Class of 1968 graduate and loved the time spent with her family.  She also enjoyed playing the piano, writing poetry, the beach, walking, hiking, traveling and anything to do with nature and the outdoors.  She was the owner of the Sand Dollar for inspirational cards and gifts formerly  located in Onset.

She is also survived by her son, Scott Ferreira and his wife Joyce Ann of Milford and the loving grandmother of Bryanna, Makaylee and Kristel Ann.  Great grandmother of Jeremiah and sister of Phyllis Curley of IL and her late husband John Curley.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, January,23, 2022 from 2-4 pm in the  Wareham Village Funeral Home, 5 Center Street Wareham, MA.   Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. Her funeral Mass will be held on Monday January 24, 2022 at 10 O’clock in Saint Patrick’s Church 94 High Street Wareham.  Relatives and friends are asked to arrive  directly at church at 9:45 am.  Burial will follow in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery Tihonet Rd.
