John "Jack" H. Hennrikus

Wareham- John H. “Jack” Hennrikus died peacefully at home after a short illness on Thursday August 27, 2026.  Jack was the loving and devoted husband and partner of Penny (Strawn) Hennrikus.  Loving father to Jessie, Heather and Ryan.  Devoted “Grumpy” to Madison, Noah, Isabella, Robby, Olivia, and Jack. 

Jack was the oldest adored sibling of Karen Jamieson and Bill of Hyannis, Brian Hennrikus and Cheryl of Wareham, Greg Hennrikus and Janet of Eastham, Laurie Andersen & John of Holliston and Leslie Fleming and Pat of Douglas.  Jack leaves many family and friends including in laws and nieces and nephews.

Jack lived life his way.  He was kind to family, friends and strangers.  He was dedicated to doing the right thing, including voting in all elections.  Jack would give you a ride, the shirt off his back or a hard time- whatever you needed.
