John P. Lopes

Marion- John P. Lopes, 75, husband of Elizabeth (Andrade) Lopes of Marion, passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at home after a short illness.  He was the son of the late Jesse and Alice (Fidalgo) Lopes. 
John graduated from Old Rochester Regional High School, worked many maintenance jobs and was a self-employed landscaper.  He enjoyed photography and model planes.

John is also survived by his niece/ Goddaughter:  Alycia A. Lopes of East Wareham, a nephew James M. Waterman of Taunton, 2 Great Nieces: Hailey & Eliana Blu and 1 Great Nephew: Jaxson. As well as Many loving relatives & friends.
He was the brother of the late James M. Lopes.
