Edgar Ott Obituary
Taunton-Edgar Joseph Ott, 83, of Middleboro, passed away unexpectedly on Friday January 8, 2021 at Morton Hospital in Taunton. He was the son of the late Lewis and Rosa (Edwards) Ott. Edgar was born in Mobile, Alabama the second youngest of 10 children who have all predeceased him.
Edgar moved to Cape Cod in 1971 with his eldest sister Frances L. (Ott) Medlin. A loving and musical family Edgar played his guitar and enjoyed playing old country and gospel songs. He especially enjoyed Elvis, The Everly Brothers, Moon Pies and Coca-Cola.
Edgar is survived by his nieces Elizabeth Philbrook and Nancy LeBlanc both of Middleboro, a nephew John Giangrande of Vancouver, WA and many great and great great nieces, nephew’s relatives and friends. He was the brother of the late Louis Ott, Gertrude Jordan, Grace Phillips, Mary Woods, Anna Mae Lyle, Earle Ott, Rosa Elizabeth Ott, Betty Griffin and Frances Medlin
