It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Denise A. Schulz, a cherished family member and dedicated volunteer, on March 22, 2025, at the age of 69. Denise was an extraordinary woman whose deep love for her family and contributions to her community will always be remembered.
Denise was a devoted wife survived by Carl A. Schulz III and a proud mother to her three children and their spouses: Carl A. Schulz IV & Christina Schulz, Corey A. Blanchard & Trenton Blanchard, and John R. Schulz & Brielle Schulz. She was preceded in death by Ralph and Rose Mary Esposito. She was also a doting grandmother to her four grandchildren, Finnley Blanchard, Michael Schulz, Frances Schulz, and Raegan Schulz. Being a Grammy brought her immense joy, and she treasured every moment spent nurturing and creating lasting memories with them.
In addition to her commitment to family, Denise was deeply invested in her community, notably through her active role in the Wareham Conservation Committee. She took pleasure in creating special crocheted items for her loved ones and those in need, and she and Carl enjoyed participating in their local Garden Club.
Denise was known for always making those around her feel special and loved, a truly remarkable women who’s love, warmth and generosity left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her kindness and willingness to help anyone in need were hallmarks of her character. Caring, thoughtful, and compassionate, Denise leaves behind a legacy of love and commitment to her family and community. Her warmth and light touched the lives of so many, and she will be deeply missed by all .
A celebration of her life will be held on April 12th, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Salerno's: 196 Onset Ave, Onset, MA 02558.
Additionally, a memorial service is scheduled for May 3rd at 11 AM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church 300 Union Ave. Somerville, NJ 08876, followed by a reception to honor her memory.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Denise's honor, reflecting her compassionate spirit and desire to help those in need. Her love, laughter, and light will live on in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
