Stefania Natalia L'Homme

Wareham-Stefania Natalia L’Homme, 13, of Wareham, passed away at Tobey Hospital on December 30, 2019.  Stefania was born on December 24, 2006 in Boston, MA  and she was the daughter of Donald L’Homme Jr of Wareham and Laurie (Meehan) Tobey of West Wareham. 

She was a student at the Schwartz Center for Children in Dartmouth.  She loved music and her IPad.  She was the sister of Brendan L’Homme of Wareham, Donald L’Homme III of U.S.M.C., Camp LeJune, NC, Avanna L’Homme of Wareham, Giuliana L’Homme of Wareham, Santino L’Homme of Wareham and step-sister of Delilah Tobey of West Wareham.  She was the granddaughter of Evelyn L’Homme of Wareham, Richard & Maryanne Meehan of West Wareham and the Late Donald L’Homme Sr. She was the niece of Brenda Meehan of Sandwich and the late Dean Meehan.  She was also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
