John Cote Obituary

Wareham-John L. Cote, 67, of Wareham passed away Monday August 13, at Tobey Hospital. He was the husband of Linda J. (Collins) Cote also of Wareham. John was born in Lewiston, Maine the son of Loretta (Veilleaux) Cote of Tourville, Quebec, Canada and the late Leo J. Cote.

He attended Lewiston public schools and was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran. A carpenter by trade, John belonged to Local Union 67. He enjoyed motorcycles and all types of shell fishing.

He is also survived by his step children: Tracy Semple or Wareham and Bernadette Ruginski of Hanover. 1 step grandson and 1 step great grandson. He was the brother of Anita Gendron of Lewiston, ME and the uncle of twin nieces Racheal and Nicole and his nephew Mark. He was also survived by many loving relatives and friends. He was the brother of the late Pauline Charest.
