Marion-Jean C. Morgan Bacon, 77, wife of 53 years to Frederic S. Bacon III, of Marion, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2019 at home with her husband and family at her side. Mrs. Bacon was born in Taunton, MA the daughter of the late John and Olive (Horton) Morgan.
Jean grew up in Lakeville and was a graduate of Middleborough High School. Jean was an accomplished artist. She loved to sing, write, sew, read and travel. Because her birthday was on July 4th, there was always a big celebration. Trips to Mount Rushmore, Niagara Falls or to Ned’s Point Light to see the fireworks we’re some of her favorites.
