Izola R. (Snow) Adams

Wareham-Izola R. Adams, 96, “Dodie”, of Wareham, formerly of Brockton, wife of the late Theodore R. Adams, passed away on Saturday, December, 15, at Wareham Healthcare.  Mrs. Adams was born in Boston the daughter of the late Edward and Sally Jane (Pike) Snow.

Mrs. Adams was a member of the Evangelical Zion Church of West Wareham and a former member of the Brockton Assembly of God. She worked for many years for the Armstrong World Industries.  Mrs. Adams was a people person and enjoyed her family and supported many children organizations. 

She is survived by her siblings:  William “Bill” Reed of New Hampshire and Roberta Johnson of KY.  She was also survived by her niece Janette Lyons and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  She was the sister of the late Priscilla Hoxie, Sally Patterson and Bud Snow.

Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 20, at 11 o’clock in the Wareham Village Funeral Home, 5 Center Street Wareham.  Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.  Visitation with family and friends will be held from 10 to 11 am   prior to the service.  Interment will follow in the Massachusetts National Cemetery 1 Bennington Blvd. at 12:45 pm O’clock.
